About
psychological counseling
I don’t know if you have ever experienced this: you often feel that life is full of obstacles, and the sea is calm, but you can never get close to your goal; or you have been sailing in the vast ocean of life for many years, only to find that you have lost your way under the clear sky.
We all long to be free from worry and confusion, but the harder we try, the deeper we get trapped in it. This sea is obviously so wide, but looking at it, I feel deeply alone and helpless.
Life is like a voyage, everything outside us, such as our job, salary, education, garage, etc., is like a ship sailing on it; Our gaze seems to always be focused on the world at sea level and whether the ship we are on is sturdy, but we overlook the secluded ocean that carries all of this - our inner selves.
It is naturally very dangerous to sail out of the harbor without knowing what undercurrents and rocks are under the sea level. However, we often sail in this way on the journey of life without knowing it, and naturally we often get lost under the clear sky. It is difficult to wander in the calm sea without knowing the direction.
If you don’t understand this ocean, how do you know how to navigate it and where to sail? If you don’t know your own heart, how can you know how to choose and how to make yourself feel free and satisfied in this short and precious life?
Counseling is such an "intimate" process, understanding yourself and working with yourself.
Only by "knowing one's heart" can one truly be free to make choices for oneself and feel satisfied from them. Because true freedom comes from conscious choice. After understanding your true yearning and the effort required, you can consciously live in the process of self-realization.
In the process of awareness, you will also gradually learn your own mentality towards life, and thus understand how you measure your life and how you view everything that comes to life; thus you can re-examine your past decision-making patterns, thinking and behavioral inertia.
The truest satisfaction in life comes from the self that faces fear and is willing to take risks. I believe that the process of "knowing one's heart" can help you get closer to your own, full and abundant inner life step by step.
